Experience
David Gise is a Partner at Goetz Platzer. He has extensive experience and focuses his practice in the areas of Construction Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation, including private and public construction disputes, mechanic’s lien litigation, advising owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors in connection with all aspects of construction projects in the New York City area and surrounding regions, condominium and cooperative litigation, and landlord-tenant litigation, as well as a broad range of commercial and real estate disputes. David’s practice comprehensively addresses the needs of clients from pre-litigation dispute management and resolution and strategic planning through trial and on appeal in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Goetz Platzer, David was counsel to a large regional New York firm engaged in construction and commercial litigation matters, and earlier in his career was a commercial litigator at a national law firm, where his practice focused on a large variety of complex commercial litigation, including shareholders’ disputes, business disputes of all types, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy litigation in federal and state courts.
