Judy is a senior counsel in Goetz Platzer’s Commercial and Real Estate Finance Group. Her practice concentrates on representing commercial lending institutions with structuring and closing a wide variety of commercial real estate finance transactions, including commercial real estate acquisition, construction lending and representing lenders in 504 loan transactions with Certified Development Corporations under the U.S. Small Business Administration 504 loan program.
