Barry Eisenberg represents real estate clients in connection with purchases and sales, the preparation and negotiation of leases, and financing.

He advises business clients in connection with shareholder, operating, and employment agreements; business contracts; agreements to acquire, merge, and sell; and financing.

Together with Goetz Platzer’s Trusts & Estates and probate attorneys, he advises clients about succession planning and the transfer of business and real estate assets.

Barry represents a wide variety of business and real estate clients in connection with their local, statewide, national, and international interests. His clients include manufacturers, retailers, distributors, publishers, construction contractors, restaurants, children’s camps, commercial tenants, developers of residential and commercial real estate, medical, dental and legal practices, and purchasers and owners of apartment and mixed-use buildings, hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties, and medical buildings.
