Daniela Weinstein focuses her practice on both transactional and commercial litigation matters. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Politics from New York University and her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. While in law school, Daniela served as a legal intern at Macy’s Inc. and extern at The United States Attorney’s Office (Eastern District of New York). In addition, she served as a Notes and Articles Editor for Fordham University School of Law’s Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment journal. She is a 2022 Recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award at Fordham University School of Law.

Daniela is an active member of the Fashion Law Committee and the Hospitality Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
