Mr. Friedman regularly represents individuals and entities in the acquisition, sale, and lease of residential co-op and condominium units, townhouses, and homes, often involving complex issues. With more than 30 years of experience in residential real estate, he provides clients with comprehensive services from structuring to closing, taking into account all the concerns of our clients. His services include pre-contract due diligence, review of properties, financing, contract preparation and negotiation, and title and lien search review.

Due to this depth of experience, he advises financial institutional and nontraditional lenders, borrowers, developers, and investors in complex real estate financings and refinancing. Experienced in representing clients on both sides of the negotiating table, he is an effective negotiator who helps our clients achieve their goals.
