Henry Swergold is an equity partner in Goetz Platzer, LLP and has spent almost forty-nine years practicing law in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, secured transactions, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. Over those years, Mr. Swergold has successfully represented innumerable debtors, trustees, committees, creditors, litigants, lenders, family owned businesses, retailers, manufacturers, landlords and other parties in interest in all types of informal/formal workout proceedings , out of court liquidations, bankruptcy cases and related matters in both State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Swergold graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1976. He is admitted to New York State and U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York 1977, U.S. District Court, Western District of New York 1988.
