Justin Henderson is an Associate in the Construction Practice Group and focuses his practice on construction law, general commercial litigation, contract disputes, and lien law actions. He has represented construction companies of all sizes, sureties, insurers, and owners throughout his practice. Prior to joining Goetz Platzer, Justin worked in the construction and commercial litigation department of a nationally recognized law firm, where he litigated complex commercial real estate and construction matters.

Justin graduated from The George Washington University, and received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and the St. John’s University Moot Court Honor Society.

While working towards his J.D., Justin served on the executive board of St. John’s Moot Court Honor Society as the Senior Duberstein Bankruptcy Competition Director. Justin also interned for the Honorable Stephen A. Bucaria in Nassau County Supreme Court, Commercial Division and the Honorable Leonard Livote in Queens County Supreme Court, Commercial Division.
