Linda Karen Mandel Gates is a Partner with Goetz Platzer, LLP. 

Ms. Gates represents clients in various commercial matters, including Breach of Contract Actions, Commercial and Residential Foreclosures, Collection matters, Litigation/Trial Practice, Business Litigation, Transactional Real Estate and General Commercial Litigation in New York and New Jersey.

As a seasoned litigator she brings experience and a reputation for her aggressive representation to both the courtroom and the negotiation table. She regularly represents clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels. 

Ms. Gates additionally has extensive experience in all aspects of structuring, negotiating and executing of complex financing transactions. She represents financial institutions, mezzanine lenders, asset based lenders, factors, mortgage companies, and other institutions in single and multiple lender financings and syndications. 

Ms. Gates graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University in 1978 and the University of Chicago Law School in 1981. Ms. Gates is admitted to the New York State Bar, as well as the New Jersey Bar. Additionally, Ms. Gates is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, the Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
