Morgan Luchs is an Equity Partner at Goetz Platzer LLP, specializing in complex commercial matters, litigation and trial practice, business litigation, general commercial litigation, debtor-creditor rights, and Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) company representation.

Ms. Luchs serves on the board of the New York Institute of Credit and is an active member of the Associate Committee of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City, as well as the Needlers Foundation. She is also affiliated with the National Equipment Finance Association and the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association.

Ms. Luchs earned her Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
