He received his Juris Doctor in 1987, and a year later, he became licensed to practice across all New York state courts. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Prior to attending law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at Hofstra University in 1984. Mr. Zelin is also an adjunct professor at Cornell Law School.
