Scott D. Simon represents companies and individuals in bankruptcy proceedings, complex commercial and construction litigation, and general corporate matters.

Scott’s bankruptcy practice includes debtor and creditor work on behalf of construction companies, retail businesses, landlords, homeowners’ associations, and individuals. These cases often include contested adversary proceedings requiring litigation in bankruptcy court. Scott’s practice also includes commercial, construction, real estate, and judgment enforcement litigation in state and federal court.

He has authored multiple publications for the ABA Section of Litigation News & DevelopmentsReal Estate Weekly, and Fordham Law Review.

Scott is the Commissioner of the Westchester Hebrew Softball League, a 17-team league that has played in suburban New York for more than 30 years.
