She earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from McGill University before pursuing her legal education at Université de Montréal, where she obtained both a JD and an LLB. Zara’s practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, including contract disputes, construction matters, real estate, and false advertising before the New York Supreme Court. Additionally, she provides counsel on intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on trademark law. Zara’s background also includes practical experience in the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries. She is admitted to both the New York Bar and USPTO.
